Melly Melody presents ‘Good Morning Vietnam’ – a live concert with songs from the Vietnam War era.

It was the war that generated some of the 20th Century’s most iconic pop, folk, soul and rock songs. The music of a generation who stood on the precipice of massive change! These were the songs of hope, courage, love, loss, anger, frustration, and resistance…most of all, these were the songs of connection.

This was a generation defined by its music: The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Jimi Hendrix, Credence Clearwater Revival, Johnny Cash, Peter, Paul and Mary…the list goes on, just like the beat!

‘Good Morning Vietnam – Live In Concert’ features iconic songs from the ’60s and early ’70s. Featuring a rocking on stage live band, and incredible vocalists, together with images and stories. Come and relive the music of a generation, as you sing and dance along to every iconic song!

Warning – contains adult themes and is recommended for audiences 18+.

When the secret of their affair gets out, it’s sure to shock not only his dudebro Jase, his highly-strung mother Deb, and his lesbian activist sister Claire, but also a theatre audience strapped in for the ride of their lives.

From the wickedly funny pen of Australian-born, New York-based playwright, comedienne and performer Glace Chase, this play is a hilarious, honest and emotionally affecting look at entitlement, hypocrisy, and the realities of love.

It’s time for some NEW SEASONS. Redcliffe Musical Theatre is proud to present, ‘Jersey Boys’ – this March 2021!

‘Jersey Boys’ is a musical biography of The Four Seasons – the rise, the tough times, the personal clashes and the ultimate triumph of a group of friends whose music became symbolic and the soundtrack for a generation. Set in the vibrant 1960s, four scrappy young men from New Jersey – Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Nick Massi and Tommy DeVito find a magic sound that propels them from singing under streetlights to singing in spotlights and on stages all over the world. With era-defining songs like “Sherry”, “Big Girls Don’t Cry” and “Walk Like a Man”, the quartet finds itself at the top of the charts. However, personal and professional problems threaten to tear the group apart. The heart of the show is how an allegiance to a code of honour learned in the streets of their native Belleville gets four unlikely stars through a multitude of challenges: gambling debts, Mafia threats and family disasters.

‘Jersey Boys’ gives audiences a glimpse at the real people behind a sound that has endured for almost 50 years.

The true story of one of the most dramatic, yet now forgotten chapters of Australia’s early maritime history, ‘Hell Ship’ is a tale of hardship and heroism; of survival and love.

In 1852, the emigrant clipper Ticonderoga limped into Port Melbourne after a nightmare three-month voyage from England. By the time she reached Australian shores, she was a floating catastrophe with nearly 200 of her passengers dead after a typhus outbreak.

Told from the perspective of the ship’s young surgeon who bravely nursed many of the sick passengers back to health, Michael Veitch uses his trademark dry humour and razor sharp wit to illuminate the dark and inhumane conditions of the so-called hell ship on its journey across the seas in a story personal to his family; the young surgeon was actually his great-great grandfather, James William Henry Veitch.
