Stop/Over

Three Fates Theatre Company will present the Australian premiere of Stop/Over by Irish playwright Gary Duggan, an expertly-crafted two-hander that explores love that lingers over time and distance.

A day and a night in the city that never sleeps. A young woman arrives into NYC with time to kill until her flight home to Ireland. With thirty-one hours till she has to leave, she meets up with an old college friend and they reminisce on their turbulent past and missed opportunities as they embark on a whistle-stop tour of the city.

Starring an incredibly captivating duo, Sebastiano Pitruzzello (Lenore: A Tale of Mournful and Never Ending Remembrance, Billy Loves Cha Cha Forever) and Zoe Hawkins (Analog, Punk Rock), Stop/Over is helmed by visionary Melbourne director Chelsea Matheson (The Cuddle Parlour, Telling Tales).
