‘Circus Carnival Cabaret’ is inspired by influences like Danny Kaye, The Muppet Show, and Stephen Sondheim. Speaking about his show, Matt Young shared the creative inspiration behind this new performance.

“After returning from Adelaide Fringe with Pink Lake Production of ‘The Cocoon’, I wanted to develop a musical comedy cabaret show, to share my 32 years of national and international performing in musical theatre,” said Young.

“I had tried out material for a new show, at local variety night Brisbaret, and had a great response. However, I wasn’t sure what the next step was to be. Enter Blackall-Tambo Regionall Council and Red Ridge Interiors, who asked me to create a show for the Circus Carnival showcasing the skills and talent of Matt Young the entertainer!”
