‘Beginning’ was awkward-licious.
David Eldrige’s ‘Beginning’ delighted PIP Theatre’s audience with its story of Laura and Danny, awkwardly navigating their expectations and desires in the after-party early morning hours.

‘The Cemetery Club’ was intimate.
While ‘The Cemetery Club’ can and should be enjoyed by audiences outside of its target demographic, this is a production for and by a mature audience. The themes are about growing older and the shared experience of those who have outlived their partners.
‘Tiny Beautiful Things’ was soul-stirring.
Letter after letter, story after story, the emotion was palpable, and everyone’s timing, versatility and energy impeccable. It truly felt like each character was plucked straight from the pages of Strayed’s letters.
‘Break’ was intense.
What is the cost of our ambition? ‘Break’ is a brand-new autobiographical work by Cecilia Martin, known in the show as Ceci, in collaboration with Gold Coast-based dance company The Farm.
‘Grand Theft Theatre’ was appreciative.
We all have those moments in the theatre that stick with us. For some, it would be seeing the chandelier rise up to the ceiling in ‘The Phantom of the Opera’. For others, it may be a monologue from a fringe show that spoke to them in a profound, unique way. It is such moments as these that have inspired the experimental performance collective Pony Cam’s newest show, ‘Grand Theft Theatre’.

‘The Father’ was unsettling.
‘The Father’ is a gripping and heartfelt piece of theatre that explores the themes of family, connection and loss. Pip Theatre beautifully conveyed this story and should be highly commended for delivering a thought-provoking performance.
