Biography

Meg Kiddle is a SE QLD based performer, award winning Vocal Director and Vocal Teacher.   She holds a MMus ST in Vocal Pedagogy and BMus in Classical Voice from Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University and LMusA from AMEB.   Her interest in performing began very early watching her parents perform in community theatre.   She has toured Australia twice in Menopause the Musical and is in demand to perform at outdoor Italian Festivals and concerts.  A Vocal Director for Menopause the Musical and Margaret Fulton the Musical, she also won a Gold Palm Award for Best Vocal Direction in RMT’s Into the Woods.   Meg has had great success onstage in community theatre productions playing roles such as M’Lynn (Steel Magnolias), Michelle (‘Allo, ‘Allo), Donna (Mamma Mia) for which she received a Gold Palm nomination and Finalist for Best Actress, Mrs Lovett (Sweeney Todd),  Carlotta and Mme Giry (Phantom of the Opera) .  Meg is also one of the founding performers and producers of the popular duo Queens of Song currently touring NSW and QLD.
